Independent MLA shot at by unidentified people in Delhi
The other fact is that the injured MLA is the brother of MCD councillor and gangster Kishen Pehelwan.
A passerby was also reported to be injured in the incident that took place near the MLA's office in Najafgarh's Sarangpur village at around 8:30 am.
Police officers revealed that four or five people opened fire at the MLA. Both MLA and the passerby were rushed to the nearby Mata Chanan Devi Hospital.
An official stated, "We are investigating the matter. No arrests have been made."
