Narendra Modi to attend BJP meet in Mumbai

Udaipur, May 24:

Modi's decision comes hours after his known critic and BJP leader Sanjay Joshi decided to resign as an invitee on the National Executive. The meeting is significant as it is the first major gathering of the BJP top brass ahead of the Assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, both ruled by the saffron party, scheduled by the year-end.

Modi did not attend the last meeting of the National Executive held in Delhi in December, apparently peeved over the induction of Joshi into Uttar Pradesh election campaign by party chief Nitin Gadkari.
