Aarushi case: Murder charges framed against Talwars

The Talwars will be charged under section 34, 201 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Rajesh Talwar has also been charged with under section 203 of the IPC for filing misleading FIR in the case.
According to the CBI, the Talwars found their daughter in a compromising position with their domestic help Hemraj and killed the duo in a fit of rage using golf club and other sharp instrument.
They further said that they suspected that the golf club recovered at their residence could have caused injuries to the deceased.
However, Talwars counsel argued that Hemraj, who brought in his friends at their residence, were behind the murder of Aarushi. They killed the teenager for resisting the assault following which they killed Hemraj, who tried to stop them.
