Aarushi-Hemraj murder remains a mystery, hearing in 3 courts

Nupur Talwar
New Delhi, May 16: The hearing in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case will come up in three courts on Wednesday.

The couple will appear before a Sessions court in Ghaziabad.

Earlier, a special court directed the CBI to provide CDs related to the probe to the defence counsel and fixed May 16 as the hearing of the case.

The case will also come up for hearing in the Supreme Court, that will continue hearing arguments on Talwar's review plea, which seeks the quashing of the trial court's order.

The Allahabad court will hear Nupur Talwar's bail plea, who has been lodged in the Dasna jail for the past 17 days.

Nupur Talwar and Rajesh Talwar, the parents of slain teenager Aarushi Talwar, have been accused of killing their 14-year-old teenage daughter and their domestic help Hemraj at their Noida residence in 2008. The case has remained unsolved since then and is suspected to be a case of honour killing.
