Tendulkar's feat inexpressible: Coal minister Jaiswal

Ranchi, Apr 28: Sachin Tendulkar's performance in cricket is inexpressible and star batsman deserved a berth in Rajya Sabha, Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal said today.

"Tendulkar is not only a star of our country but an icon in the cricketing world. He has set so many milestones in the game that it is inexpressible to describe his performance," Jaiswal told reporters here.

Delighted at the little master's nomination to the Upper House, Jaiswal said it was praiseworthy on the government's decision to nominate Tendulkar.

The minister was here to review performance of the Central Coalfield Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited.
