K'taka: Ruckus at Sonia Gandhi's rally, protesters arrested

The Congress President was shown black flags when she reached Tumkur on Saturday morning. Later Karnataka police arrested all protesters.
According to sources, Mrs Gandhi is likely to attend the ceremony of the Siddaganga Mutt and to meet the drought affected areas. Earlier on Friday, G Parameshwara, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president went to HAL airport, Bangalore to receive Mrs Gandhi.
"It is her reverence for Siddaganga mutt seer Shivakumara Swamiji and the plight of the people in drought affected areas that is drawing Sonia Gandhi to Tumkur," said Parameshwara while informing people about her intention behind Tumkur tour.
