Delhi civic polls: Counting of votes begins

New Delhi, Apr 17: The counting of MCD elections is currently underway.

The counting of votes began in 272 wards taking place at 33 centres.

Meanwhile, BJP is trending ahead in North Delhi, while Congress in South Delhi, neck and neck in east Delhi.

The elections are all set to seal the fate of 2,423 candidates, of which majority are independent candidates.
