New Delhi, Apr 13: Petrol prices are likely to see a hike of Rs 8 per litre.

Reports reveal that RS Butola, Indian Oil Corporation Chairman has asked for a hike by Rs 8 in petrol prices.

According to the IOC, oil manufacturing companies are losing Rs 50 crore on petrol everyday.

The last petrol hike was on Dec 11, 2011.
