Bangalore sees another Baby Falak

Bangalore, Apr 9: Bangalore saw another Baby Falak in the making as three-month-old Afreen was admitted in a City hospital after she bore the brunt of her father's torture.

The baby bore cigarette burns on the forehead, and posterior and her neck was dislocated. She was taken to the hospital by her mother Reshma Bhanu.

According to her mother, her father was unhappy with the birth of a girl child as he yearned for a boy. He even attempted to kill the baby, she said.

The hospital authorities claim that the baby is suffering a haemorrhage and her condition is critical.

Reports reveal that this is Farooq's second marriage. He divorced his first wife after she expressed her desire to pursue studies.
