For safety, we keep our gas cylinders in a garage abutting the kitchen. They are connected to the gas stove in the kitchen through a small opening in the wall."
"When I called the gas dealer, he said, I would have to pay 4,000 for new two cylinders, but delivery would take more than three weeks. Our neighbours gave us their extra cylinder for the time being," the lady added.
According to sources, stolen LPG gas cylinders are being sold for Rs 5,000 to 7,000 in black markets and police claim that there is no way to track stolen or lost cylinders.
