Lucknow, Apr 3: Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav, who took over as the state's youngest chief minister is sure a winner in the eyes of the public, his party however earned back the "goondaraj" tag once popular during his father Mulayam Singh Yadav's tenure. Is it time that he should come out of his father's shell to shun the Goondaraj image?
