Assets case: CBI files chargesheet against Jagan Mohan Reddy

Hyderabad, Mar 31: The Central Bureau of Investigation on saturday, Mar 31 filed chargesheet against the YSR Congress Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and twelve others in the illegal assets case.

According to media reports, the filed chargesheet names Jagan as the prime accused and names twelve others including top IAS officers and politicians.

Earlier, on Mar 30, Supreme Court had issued notice to six ministers and eight IAS officers in connection with the ongoing CBI probe into the assets case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The notice were issued to them in connection with the 26 government orders issued during the YS Rajsekhara Reddy rule allegedly to dole out favours to his son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
