Suicide, Strike & Horror: Andhra burning over Telangana fire

While Telugu Desam Party (TDP) asserted to hold a serious discussion in the Lok Sabha over the burning issue in the state, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) called the strike "to protest the central government's insensitivity towards the demand for a separate state."
Telangana Joint Action Committee, Telangana leaders of Congress, Telugu Desam Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, Osmania University Joint Action Committee and other groups also supported the strike called by TRS.
While people in Hyderabad showed mixed response towards the call of TRS, other nine districts of the state experienced a total shut down on Tuesday. However, the party exempted buses, as party leaders claimed that they would not harass students who are in middle of their examinations.
