'Gaddafi was wanted dead so his secrets would die with him'

"Too many parties who have real interests that Gaddafi doesn’t talk, that he should be silenced forever," he said.
He further said that he did not know who killed the Libyan dictator, if it was the Libyans or foreign entities.
"I would love to know who was behind (Colonel Gaddafi’s) killing," he said.
He said that Gaddafi had sent contradictory messages and pretended that he was ready to share power.
Mahmoud Jibril said that the fact that Gaddafi was not taken alive to trial was regretful, adding that certain powers may have wanted him dead so as to bury his secrets with his dead.
Muammar Gaddafi was killed on Oct 21, 2011 near his hometown Sirte.
