After TRS's victory, Congress wanes in Andhra Pradesh?

G Vivek, Congress MP from Telangana said that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was responsible for the poor showing on Saturday, Mar 24.
"There was a police repression in Telangana region. The outcome of by-polls is a result of such initiatives by the Chief Minister. He should take responsibility for this defeat," he added.
After the shameful defeat of Congress, party President Sonia Gandhi had received the resignation of Health Minister DL Ravindra Reddy, who took the "moral responsibility" for the defeat.
Another Congress MP, Ponnam Prabhakar has been quoted as saying, "It is being said that CM and PCC president should own responsibility. They need not quit, but they should convey correct picture on Telangana agitation to the central leadership."
"I am district Congress president in Warangal. So, I will take responsibility for the defeat in my district....It is not correct to say that Chief Minister and PCC president should quit," said Congress chief Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy.
