2G: Kanimozhi wants case quashed, moves Delhi HC

New Delhi, Mar 23: DMK MP Kanimozhi moved the Delhi High Court on Friday to quash the case against her in the 2g spectrum case.

Her application read that she was not involved in granting of the 2G licences and that the license were granted as per the government policy.

It also said that she did not have any role in Kalaignar TV and she was only a shareholder. She said that she did not take bribe and there was no proof to prove this.

Kanimozhi was arrested in May for her alleged role in the 2g spectrum scam and was granted bail on bail Nov 28, 2011.
