Subramanian Swamy
Bangalore, Mar 20: Subramanian Swamy, who is likely to join NDA, may face controversy when he started comparing two controversial riot cases in India - Ayodhya and Godhra. The Janata Party chief on Monday, Mar 19 tweeted, "You mean because he (Mulayam Singh Yadav) ordered police firing? Did not Gujarat Police fire and kill Hindu rioters? Some nationalizer you are." Swamy's reply came on Twitter when a person called Ashok ‏ @nationalizer asked Swamy, "@swamy39 Dont you think it was wrong to support a karsevak killer mullayam ? please reply."

Later several other tweets followed the trail saying, "@Swamy39 Diff is in Ayodhya, ONLY Hindus were targeted. In Guj in riot situation, everyone was targeted. @nationalizer"

"@sunpandey It was SS as Law Minister threatened to Sant Samaj to order Police firing if they enter Ayodhya. @nationalizer," reads another tweet.

The Janata Party leader's tweets might have irked Narendra Modi who along with 57 other Gujarat government officials have been accused of aiding and abetting communal riots.
