Bangalore: Mysterious men visit Janardhan Reddy in wee hours

Janardhan Reddy
Bangalore, Mar 20: Gali Janardhana Reddy, who is currently lodged in Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bangalore, landed in a new controversy. Media reports revealed that mysterious people have been visiting the former Karnataka tourism minister since Saturday, Mar 17.

Jail sources informed that those suspicious people turn up in wee hours and meet the former minister with bundle of files and papers.

Sources from the prison informed about Reddy's morning activities behind the bars. "He (Reddy) wakes up around 6 and takes a stroll in the alley opposite his cell. By 7am when other prisoners emerge from their cells, Reddy retires into his room," said sources.

"Though Reddy lives alone in his cell, a few of his men hang around either in the waiting room or outside the jail premises. On Sunday, a 25-litre mineral water can was brought for Reddy," added the sources.
