Andhra Pradesh: School bus falls, 14 children dead

Khammam, Mar 20: A school bus carrying school children plunged into a canal on Tuesday, Mar 20, reportedly killed 14 children in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh.

The children belonged to LV Reddy School and it has been reported that the bus was carrying over 40 children.

The incident took place after the bus avoided to collide with a bike, as reported by an eyewitness. The accident has also left 18 children injured. However, the children were rushed to the nearby hospital.

Meanwhile, the state faced similar mishap last month, in which four children were reportedly killed, when a bus fell into a river in East Godavari district.
