BJP demands CBI probe in JKCA scam

"The irregularities and embezzlement on massive scale in JKCA as a proverbial tip of iceberg of corruption that has been the hallmark of NC-Congress combine," State BJP President Shamsher Singh Manhas alleged.
"There should be CBI probe into the scam of JKCA," he said, adding that the government must allow free discussion on the issue and other scams in the current session of the Assembly and get them investigated by the CBI.
The government was "conscious of the nefarious activities going on in the sports body and is bent upon shielding," he alleged. He described the multi-crore scam as "most unfortunate and tragic for the youth of the state."
