Mallya's woes worsen; Kingfisher to curtail intl services

New Delhi, Mar 14: Kingfisher airlines plans curtail its international services, said the company.

"We would like to confirm that we are curtailing our wide body overseas operations that are bleeding heavily," said the company. It however, did not confirm which part the service would be affected.

Meanwhile, Vijay Mallya, the promoter of Kingfisher airlines will meet the beleaguered pilots over the delay of salary.

Kingfisher airlines, last month had said that it would continue its service and continue to operate 140 flights daily.

It also said that it gave back the wide body airbus A 330-200 aircraft to a lessor in the United Kingdom.
