Vijay Bahuguna to be Uttarakhand Chief Minister
"It was decided by party MLAs and all leaders that Vijay Bahuguna will be the chief minister," said Gulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister and Congress leader.
Bahuguna's name was announced by Azad outside the residence of Congress President Sonia Gandhi after a meeting with her and Congress MLAs.
Bahuguna is the son of former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna.
