T Youth suicide: Case against Sonia Gandhi posted to Apr 9

New Delhi, Mar 13: The Patiala Court on Tuesday, Mar 13 posted the hearing of a case against the Congress president Sonia Gandhi as she was responsible for the suicide of 700 youths in Telangana to Apr 9.

Some Telangana protagonists have filed this case in the Patiala Court in New Delhi, charging Sonia Gandhi of being responsible for the death of 700 students and youngsters, who laid down their lives for achieving Telangana.

However, the court which admitted the petition has adjourned further hearing to Apr 9.

The Congress-led UPA government is now planning to constitute a Telangana Development Council with special powers and funds for rapid development of the Telangana region instead of formation of a separate Telangana state.
