Akhilesh on Facebook, seeks ideas to change Uttar Pradesh

New Delhi, Mar 13: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister-designate Akhilesh Yadav of Samajwadi Party on Tuesday, Mar 13 asked for an idea on social networking site Facebook from the people of the state to ensure a better governance.

Akhilesh Yadav, the man who scripted the Samajwadi Party's historic win in the assembly elections has hosted a page on Facebook titled “one action CM” where he has asked the people of UP for one idea which they would implement if they were to be CM.

"Share your one idea that you would want to implement if you were the CM," says the legend on the Facebook page that carries his picture waving out to the people crowded around a helipad.

Some youth of the state has suggested to create a system that will allow the common man to have direct access to the chief minister and can get their word with him.

Meanwhile, Akhilesh's page has got nearly 53,000 'likes' and 600 comments.
