Bin Laden's body was cremated in US, not burried at sea

Washington, Mar 7: A series of emails obtained by a hacker group Anonymous from Stratfor, an intelligence analysis firm has revealed that the Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden was actually sent to the U.S. for cremation after shot and killed during the famous Navy Seal Team Six raid on his secret compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Earlier, the Obama administration had said that the world's most wanted terrorist Laden's body was buried at sea off the USS Carl Vinson in accordance with Islamic tradition after he was killed in a raid in Pakistan on May 2, 2011.

Meanwhile, intelligence analysis firm's vice president for intelligence, Fred Burton, says he doubts the official White House version of what happened to Laden's body.
