SP will need Rs 66k cr to fulfil their poll promises in UP

According to party manifesto the SP has promised to provide free electricity to farmers and weavers for which party will have to face a lose of Rs 1,532 crore every year as the UP Power corporation has been facing massive financial crisis since few months.
Moreover, party has promised to give free laptops to the class 12 students and Tablets to class 10 students across the states during the publishing the party manifesto during the poll campaigns. Furthermore, the party has promised to give free irrigation to all farmers, which will cost the new government over Rs 589 crore.
Besides all this, Mulayam Singh led SP party has also promised to offer dismiss the debt for the farmers to the tune of Rs 50,000. If they will fulfill the promise the party could cost Rs 11,000 crore to the new government. Most importantly, Party has promised to give an unemployment allowance of RS 1000 to above the age group 25 years which can cost Rs 1000 crore to the party.
Meanwhile, to fulfill all these promises the party will likely need to take a loan from the central government fund or RBI.
