Assembly polls 2012: Goa, U'khand await political stability

While Uttarakhand, previously known as Uttaranchal is a victim of corruption in addition to political instability, Goa also suffers the same fate.
Uttarakhand, which has seen both the Congress and BJP's rule, has also seen unfavourable economic conditions and geographical condition in addition to backwardness, which led to the creation of a new state, the condition still remains the same, as reported by the Daily Bhaskar.
While Goa saw Congress' rule in 2005, the state witnessed the Congress-led coalition emerge as a winner in the 2007 assembly polls.
According to Viola Pacheco, president of the Goa Vikas party (GVP) says, "The next government will be formed with the help of regional parties."
