Kerala Ship-Boat Collision: Fishermen's body found

Kochi, Mar 4: A fishermen's dead body was found on Sunday, Mar 4, by the naval drivers, who died in the massive collision of a ship and boat at Kollam, Kerala.

While the body has been handed over to local fishermen after it was found inside the sunken boat.

Meanwhile, the navy clearance diving team from Southern Naval Command found the parts of the boat at the bottom of the sea. The team found the damaged cabin and fuel leakage was found at the site.

On Mar 1, the boat was collided with the merchant ship of Alappuzha coast at the wee hours. The incident occured at the the high seas of the Neendakara coast and shocked the fishing community of Neendakara in Kollam district.
