TN:Lecturer, friends arrested for raping, making MMS of girl

Reports reveal that the girl was threatened by the accused, who allegedly intimidated the victim with nude pictures and video of her after sedating her.
The accused identified as R Arun of Rajiv Nagar in Kovilpatti, his friends Ayyappan and Sugumaran, from Kovilpatti and Ramkumar from Karimedu, Madurai were arrested following a police complaint.
Police recovered mobile phones, memory phones and laptops from the accused that had the pictures and videos of the girls.
Reports reveal that the girl was first raped by Arun and later his friends also started raping her. When she protested, the men administered her with sedatives and continously raped her.
The blackmailing came to the notice of one of her relatives, who convinced her to file a police complaint.
The police after nabbing the accused recovered nude video clippings and photographs of several women, suspecting that others might also have fallen victim to the trap.
