BS Yeddyurappa
New Delhi, Feb 28: After being snubbed by BJP President Nitin Gadkari, former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa seems to be taking out all his tricks. Hiding his intentions, he claimed that "even now, people say make Yeddyurappa, the chief minister. I am not asking for that. I only said that I wish to complete my term for which I was elected, which was for five years. I wish to present the budget and fulfill promises made to the people of Karnataka. I have no personal agenda." "

On his birthday, Yeddyurappa had said, "Nitin Gadkari promised that DV Sadananda Gowda was a temporary chief minister and that he would make me the chief minister again at an appropriate time. It led to all kinds of speculation in Karnataka. I have now decided not to demand any position in the party in future."

Meanwhile, the issue is expected to come up at the core committee meeting on Mar 3 called by Gadkari. Sources had earlier said that the state BJP has decided to give Yeddyurappa the position of election campaign committee chairman.
