Shahrukh Khan's 'Mannat' in trouble; plea filed in SC

Mumbai, Feb 26: A plea has been filed in the Supreme Court against Bollywood Badshah, Shahrukh Khan's bunglow Mannat over the alleged violation of archaeological laws and coastal regulation zone in the construction of the bunglow.

Amit Maruand and Simpreet Singh from Mumbai approached the apex court after the Bombay High Court's order dismissed the duo's petition against Khan.

The PIL filed by Maruand and Singh was dismissed by the high court on Jan 28, that also imposed a petition of Rs 20,000 on the duo, saying that it was a "publicity petition".

Shahrukh Khan, however, dismissed all allegations against him saying that the construction of Mannat was allowed by the municipality and there was no violation of law.
