Cong to form non-coalition government in UP: Jairam Ramesh

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 26: Union Rural Development Minister has said that Congress is fighting hard in Uttar Pradesh assembly election to form its own government.

Moreover, Jairam ruled out any post-poll alliance with any other party, saying as the Congress party is not fighting to form a coalition government but to form a government on its own.

Congress also said that Uttar Pradesh will impact the political fortunes of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi who has been deeply involved in building up the party in the state.
