Commuters in trouble, Mum airport to stay shut for 5 hours
The authorities had informed about the shut down to airlines and passengers beforehand, hence not affecting them.
In due course, passengers who have urgency will have to use Pune airport. The airport runways will be closed on two other Saturdays in March, informed authorities.
Meanwhile, the Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport was ranked the third best airport globally and the second best airport in India over the last fortnight.
