Sonia Gandhi shielding accused Jammu & Kashmir min?

Mustafa Kamal, Union Minister Farooq Abdullah's brother told the reporters that Peerzada never sent his resignation to Gandhi but pretended to do so. While, it is yet to reveal from Sonia's office that she had received any resignation letter or not.
"The constitutional propriety has not been observed in this case. He (Peerzada) could have sent a copy of that (resignation), but I am sure this is where he has done wrong.
I have a feeling that since there is no reaction from the office of UPA chairperson Mrs Sonia, she doesn't need to say herself, absolutely no reaction from the office. Obviously, the resignation perhaps has not gone. And he was only trying to, perhaps trying to add a little weight to his rather weak position in this regard," Kamal said.
Peerzada was indicted following the charges that his son was found having cheated during the class 10 examination in 2009.
