Uttar Pradesh: NRHM scam under CBI radar, conducts raids

New Delhi, Feb 22: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday, Feb 24, conducted raids at the different locations of suppliers and contractors all across the Uttar Pradesh over National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam and four new FIR has been filed in that case.

The health department officials and companies that supplied medicines and other material were raided by the CBI team of 30 members.

A search operation was conducted in 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh including Deoria, Basti, Lucknow and Bahraich.
