'Mulayam's flip flop a prophecy that BJP will win UP polls'

Rampur, Feb 16: BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said that SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's flip flop over supporting Congress in post-poll Uttar Pradesh was a "clear prophecy" that BJP was going to form next government in the state.

"Yadav's intention is a clear prophecy that the BJP was going to form a government in Uttar Pradesh," Naqvi said. Mulayam had yesterday ruled out giving support to Congress in government formation in UP, hours after he spoke about this possibility if there were signs of BJP coming to power.

Referring to the Yadav's statement, Naqvi said it must be taken as "blatant assassination" of SP's much-cried ideals and "open betrayal" of party workers who have reposed faith in the leadership of Yadav.
