According to the employee agreement between Zuckerberg and the company - both have the rights to dismiss their connection "at will".

The agreement says that Facebook can terminate Zuckerberg's services with the company at any time for any reason, or even without a reason. However, the chief and the founder of the social networking site also enjoys the similar rights to put his resignation letter at any time for any reason, or even without any reason.

According to media reports, while the job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the company's personnel policies and procedures, might change from time to time, the 'at will' nature of Mr Zuckerberg's employment can be changed only after a written agreement approved by the Facebook board.
