UP Polls: Did Baba Ramdev send goons to attack Rahul Gandhi?

New Delhi, Feb 6: With the final leg of poll campaigning in Uttar Pradesh on the way, AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi in a public rally accused yoga Guru Baba Ramdev of instigating attacks on him.

"Ramdev sends his goons to shout slogans against me, but I don't fear anyone," he said.

Further talking about Chief Minister Mayawati, he said, "The biggest shortcoming in the state is that caste is a reality in Uttar Pradesh. The government in Uttar Pradesh does not respect the people of the state. People have told me they feel cheated by the state government."

When questioned what he thought about becoming the Prime Minister of the country, he said, "All top political leaders are obsessive about becoming Prime Minister, not me."

Meanwhile, hitting back at Rahul Gandhi, Baba Ramdev denied all allegations levelled against him.

"Why doesn't Rahul speak on the issue of black money," Ramdev asked.
