Real mother of battered baby Falak in trap of Delhi cops

New Delhi, Feb 6: It is believed that Delhi police found a major lead in the investigation of the battered baby, Falak's case. Police on Monday, Feb 6 found a woman who has been identified as Munni. The woman admitted that she is the real mother of Falak.

According to sources, during the investigation to trace the parents of Falak, Delhi police contacted a woman called Lakshmi who informed about Munni. [UPDATE: Falak's real mother forced into prostitution]

However, a DNA test will be done on Munni to confirm her confession that she is the real mother. Meanwhile, the cops informed that they will verify the confirmation on an independent basis.

Earlier, the police had arrested four persons related to Falak case. "We have arrested one more woman Arti in this case. She is also charged with forcing the girl into prostitution. She was an associate of Pooja who was arrested earlier along with her husband Sandeep Pandey," said police when they arrested the fourth person.
