K'taka: 4 killed as ambulance rams into state transport bus

Osmanabad (Maharashtra), Feb 2: At least four people were killed on Thursday, Feb 2 after an ambulance from Karnataka carrying a body rammed into a state transport bus near Vadgaon.

An officer from the Osmanabad police station said that the accident took place on the busy Solapur-Osmanabad highway when the ambulance was proceeding to Aurangabad.

The victims were on their way to Satara from Osmanabad. Eleven people were injured and have been admitted to the civil hospital in Osmanabad district, 465 km from Mumbai. Reports said that the condition of one among the injured is critical.
