UP: Salman Khan offers Rs 40 lakh to free 400 prisoners

The prisoners are those who are serving a term in the jail beyond their jail term and unable to pay their fine owing to poverty or some other reason.
Salman Khan's organisation has also written to the jail authorities in regard to offering help to the inmates.
Salman Khan was sentenced to one year in jail in a blackbuck poaching case, but was granted bail after spending three days in jail.
