But how long."

Taslima's such tweet caught attention when the organisors of the ongoing book fair in Kolkata cancelled a scheduled function where Taslima was asked to release her new book.

"Kolkata Book Fair committee canceled my book release program today at Kolkata Book Fair. Why? Some religious fanatics don't want it to happen," Taslima tweeted.

India had witnessed similar kind of situation over another controversial writer Salman Rushdie's presence during Jaipur Literary fest. Rushdie's Indian visit and Live video conference at the festival in Jaipur were cancelled following protest from several religious groups.

Meanwhile, Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh said that any kind of situation which may lead the country to a riot over religious sentiment will not be tolerated in India. Digvijay Singh's statement came just after Taslima's tweets.
