Nation prays for baby Falak; next 72-hours crucial

New Delhi
New Delhi, Jan 31: Doctors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Trauma centre on Tuesday, Jan 31 said that the two-year-old baby girl, Falak's health is still in critical condition.

AIIMS doctors made it clear that the baby's chances of survival are 50-50 and next 72-hours would prove whether baby could survive or not.

The doctors further revealed that Falak is still on ventilator. There has been no material change in her condition after yesterday’s (Jan 30) minor brain surgery.

Meanwhile, people of the country continue to pray for the baby, who was admitted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre with severe head injuries and bite marks on Jan 18. Many people are reported to have turned up at the hospital willing to adopt her.
