Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna tiff effect: Fans clash in Tirupati

Tirupati, Jan 25: The verbal tiff between Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna have now effected their fans to such extent that they were seen clashing on the streets of the temple town, Tirupati on Tuesday, Jan 24.

They were seen shouting against each other unless the police intervened into the matter and lathicharged the at Nalugu Kalla mandapam area.

Trouble started brewing when the supporters of both the stars gathered at the Gandhi road junction with the effigies of the stars and tried burning it when they were prevented by the cops.

They asked the fans not to lose calm and dispersed them. After some time, they assembled again and tried to burn the effigies. Members of both fan clubs traded charges and counter-charges and claimed their leader was a true star.

The fans were asked not to lose their cool and were dispersed by the cops. They later again assembled and tried burning the effigies. The Members of both fan clubs then got engaged in verbal attack claiming that their leader was a true star.

They later burnt the effigies and were chased away by the police later.
