Guwahati, Jan 24: The Union Minister, P Chidambaram surprised many after giving roses to all 1,855 terrorists who surrendered before the home minister and the chief minister of Assam, Tarun Gogoi. The incident happened on Tuesday, Jan 24 when Chidambaram reached the state to attend a function along with Gogoi, Army GoCs of 3 and 4 Corps, and Director General of Police Jayant Narayan Chowdhury.
