War among Indian IT companies: 'HCL to surpass Infosys, TCS'

In an interview with Economic Times, Bhavin Shah said, "...we do not see Infosys outperforming TCS. We think HCL could outperform the both (Infosys and TCS)."
Mr Shah's comment came when he was asked to comment on the changing trend in the IT world. According to the experts, reports of last 52 weeks suggest that among TCS, Infosys and HCL, TCS has been a marked outperformer and Infosys has been a marked underperformer.
However, Mr Shah justified, "I do not see any immediate change unless Infosys comes out with a much higher cash dividend payout."
"Infosys has a sufficient cash on its books to raise the cash dividend payout eventually to close to 70% but certainly not straight away to that number i.e, material increase," added Mr Shah.
