Samajwadi Party hits a new low; uses bar girls to woo voters

Bar Girls
Kanpur, Jan 16: A Samajwadi Party candidate organised a dance programme on 'Makar Sankranti' by cashing in on bar girls in a bid to lure voters.

The bar girls were seen dressed skimpily, presenting vulgar performances, while dancing in the crowd.

Surendra Maithani, vice-president, BJP, Kanpur criticised the whole act branding it a cheap trick to woo voters.

He further said that the issue would be taken to the notice of the Election Commission.

With the election fever gripping across the nation, all parties are seen in an attempt to bait voters. While Mayawati's BSP is on a major cleanup drive, Congress has cashed in star power to boost their campaign. Reports reveal that bollywood superstar Salman Khan would campaign for the party.

Meawhile, when contacted by OneIndia Akhilesh Yadav's personal assistant Gajendra Singh said that the party was unaware of any such incidence.
