Ramdev supporter pours black ink on Sonia's poster

New Delhi, Jan 16: A supporter of popular yoga guru Baba Ramdev threw black ink on Congress President Sonia Gandhi's poster outside the headquarters of Congress Party in the capital on Monday, Jan 16.

The man has been identified as Tribhuvan Singh. Meanwhile, Congress supporters handed him over to the police who are currently interrogating him.

Meanwhile, the attack is seen as a politically motivated one in the wake of the upcoming assembly elections in crucial UP and four other states namely Punjab, Goa, Manipur and Uttarakhand.

Earlier, on Jan 14, tempestuous over yoga guru Baba Ramdev's comment that the 2008 Batla House shootout was not fake, a protester threw black ink when he was carrying out a press conference in New Delhi.
