Obscene film shown in Railway Station, culprit arrested

Bhubaneswar, Jan 15: Railway Protection Force (RPF) arrested a person who allegedly showed an obscene film on the television set in Bhubaneswar railway station in Orissa. According to sources, the film was telecast in all television sets in the railway station continuously for 10 minutes.

The arrested person, identified as Asutosh Swain who reportedly has been working in a private oganisation, confessed that he was operating the TV sets. Swain confessed his crime and also stated that he uploaded the porn movie from his mobile phone to the main channel of railway television server.

A senior official of the East Coast Railway Zone has been quoted as saying, "The Railways have ordered an inquiry into the incident and sealed the control room at the station from where a private organisation was operating the television service."

The incident brought shame and shock for the concerned officials in the railway station as they operate the TV sets to show news, train timings and other updates.
