Team Anna to campaign in poll-bound UP from Feb 3

New Delhi, Jan 14: Ahead of the UP assembly elections, Team Anna members on Saturday, Jan 14 announced that they will begin campaigning in the state from Feb 3. Crucial Uttar Pradesh polls will go on from Feb 8.

However, social activist and anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare's participation in the campaign is uncertain, who has been advised by doctors to rest for a month.

Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh are to be held in a seven-phase manner, between Feb 8 and Mar 4 to elect 403-member of state assembly. Sources said that, Team Anna will announce their chalked out plan for the campaign in next few days.

Moreover, Team Anna made it clear that, they will target any political party which opposes a strong Lokpal bill.
